Absolute Sustainability is seeking Field Energy Consultants who will be responsible for the following:
- Sell and market clean energy portfolio to consumers and small businesses within designated territory
- Develop strong referral system that provides continuous leads for new business development
- Utilizing online tools and conducting preliminary site evaluations to develop an initial system design
- Generating project proposals/quotes for customers
- Must have a clear understanding of sales cycle, contract agreements and be able to explain and review agreements to close customers
- Logging all communications with customers in CRM contact database
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of a successful track record of consumer sales experience (prefer in-home)
- “Kitchen Table” closing experience highly preferred
- Strong track record of full cycle business development
- Hunter mentality with the ability to excel at self-generating leads and winning new business
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales numbers
- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Basic Excel a must. CRM experience a plus
- Desire to stay on the leading edge of the solar and renewable energies industry
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
